kinsense works best when paired with an existing movement practice such as yoga, weightlifting, running, sport, etc., as the activity itself becomes part of your self-assessment.

kinsense is covered by most health plans under Registered Massage Therapy.

the schedule is dynamic:
appointments are accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first appointment of the day gets their preferred time and the rest of the schedule is setup according to the required transit time and location of service area.
